My favorite way to drink Lion Latte
In the morning, I blend it into a warm almond milk foam and blanket it over Darjeeling black tea for a “fiesty” Lion chai.
In the evening, I stir it into warmed raw cow’s milk and sometimes add a bit of ghee for the ultimate night cap. It will warm the tummy and calm the mind for deeper rest.
Inspiration behind this fierce friend
I completely rebuilt my hormones and gut biome through Ayurveda and spiritual healing, going from bedridden to vibrant. My Ayurvedic “medicine” were herbs swirled into a warm and nourishing mylk or stewed into ghee (simple and ancient ways for medicine to be received by every cell of the body, including the nervous and reproductive systems). This is simple grandma medicine, and it works!
I’m a busy mom of two, so as I began to recover I looked for pre-mixed powders to maintain my overall health and save time. Everything out there was too weak, suspiciously sweet, or simply did not have the medicinal efficacy I want for me and my clients. So I decided to mix my own lattes that taste good, look pretty, and have high-quality organic herbs at medicinal levels.
